Description
Adani Ports is the largest commercial ports operator in India accounting for nearly one-fourth of the cargo movement in the country. It has Warehouse for lease in Indore which has storage facility of 300,000 sq.ft. approximately.
This master project has two phases : phase 1 and phase 2 situated in Indore’s Metropolitan Area.
It has proposed development of approximately 300,000 sq.ft. Phase1 of 200,000 sq.ft. and phase 2 of 100,000 sq.ft. Monthly lease for warehouses is 15 – 17 ₹ per sq.ft. for minimum area 1 Lac – 2 Lacs sq.ft.
Construction for this project is already under progress for both the warehouses. There is ample parking space and the site offers excellent connectivity to Pithampur Industrial cluster, Indore Airport and Railway Station.
